Malachite Resources Limited is a Sydney-based, Australian resources company which is focused on gold, silver, copper and tin in eastern Australia. Malachite has been successful as an explorer and is now making the transition to emerging miner, as it seeks to develop its first mine.
Malachite is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (Code: MAR) and also trades in Frankfurt (Code: MUW.F) and Berlin (Code: MUW.BE). There are approximately 699 million Malachite shares on issue.
